What's Included?

When you commission Owen Garratt to do a Corporate Limited Edition Print
- Owen will meet with you personally or via teleconference to discuss your project in advance.
- If warranted, Owen and select members of his team will visit your location and capture the photographs that Owen will use
as reference in your drawing (some additional charges may occur, see ‘The Rules’)
- If you have photographs available, so much the better, but it’s pretty rare to find a photo that really works as reference.

- You’ll be provided with a photographic ‘proof’ of exactly what Owen will draw, before he begins the drawing, so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting, and you can have changes made in advance.
- You get the Original Drawing, framed.

- Your prints are packaged ready is ship in crates of six, but individual
shipping crates are available at a nominal cost (see ‘The Rules’).

- Since these Prints are EXCLUSIVE to you and we can’t sell them…we don’t have any advertising expenses….and we pass those savings on to you.

The Rules of Engagement
Above prices are for the Original Pencilneck ® Drawing only.
- If Owen has to travel and/or use a photographer, there is a travelling fee of $750 per day plus expenses, even if you end up not commissioning Owen.
- Tire-kicking is actively discouraged, as are ‘pop-in’ meetings - that’s what phones are for.
- There may be additional fees due for preparatory work incurred, such as licensing fees by outside copyright holders, etc.
- A 50% deposit is to be paid upon signing of the contract. In the event of cancellation after the drawing has begun, a penalty of 12.72% of the total amount of the contract will be withheld. If a cancellation takes place after the drawing has been completed, the deposit will be non refundable. The remaining 50% is due when the Drawing is completed. The Drawing will not be shipped or delivered until the balance is paid in full.
- Taxes and shipping of the artwork is not included. Nice try though.
- When factoring in the amount of time needed, it’s always better to start too early than too late. From the moment that the concept and the subject matter is approved by you, it takes on average about 10 to 12 weeks to complete your One of a Kind Original.
- A photo will be provided of what the drawing will be, and you’ll sign off on it before the drawing begins: no exceptions. There will be no showing of the drawing before its completion, and don’t even THINK about asking for changes after you've signed off.
- Owen retains the copyright, and further use is prohibited without expressed written permission.
