Platinum VIP is the highest and most exclusive membership level in The Pencilneck's ®
Inner Circle.
Access to this site is strictly limited and enforced.
There are only three types of clients accepted:
- Clients who have purchased an Original Owen Garratt drawing.
- Clients who have commissioned Owen to do a drawing for them.
- Companies who purchased a minimum of 12 framed Limited Edition Prints each month on a renewable yearly contract.
That's it. No family. No friends. No comps.
The Pencilneck's ® Platinum VIP Members enjoy the following benefits:

- Special pricing on subsequent commissions (subject to scheduling, etc.)
- Monthly Pencilneck's ® Inner Circle newsletter.
- All perks available to Gold Corporate and Inner Circle members.

- Platinum VIP Members have the opportunity to purchase Owen's Limited Edition Prints before the public release, before regular Inner Circle members, even before Gold Corporate members.
